The Construction Surveillance Resident Office is one of the four U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Resident Offices located at US Army Garrison-Humphreys, Korea. CSRO is currently managing a workload of 21 projects worth approximately $1.8 billion. Projects include high-visibility projects such as the USFK Headquarters, the 8th Army Headquarters, Communication Center, the Exchange, Commissary, Bowling Alley, multiple support facilities, and multiple Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) projects for the US Army Garrison- Humphreys community. CSRO is also managing over $1.4 billion of Land Development Utility Infrastructure (LDUI) construction, providing the necessary utilities and infrastructure needed by the Garrison.
