FED Design Guide is to provide guidance that assists designers in preparing engineering deliverables for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District. The FED Design Guide covers technical requirements for plans and design analysis submittals, specifications preparation, and quality control requirements. The FED Design Guide applies to all engineering deliverables produced for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District.
