Information Management Office
The Information Management Office (IMO) administers the Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance Program for the Far East District by providing Automation, Telecommunications, Network, Information Assurance, Visual Information, Records Management, and Mail Operations services and support. IMO is divided into the Division Office, Customer Support Branch, and Operations Branch.
The Division Office performs resource management, personnel management, and information assurance. The IA team provides the district with a safe and secure environment by ensuring compliance with DOD cybersecurity requirements.
The Customer Support Branch (CSB) is well known for exceptional customer service. CSB provides desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral device, photography, videography, and video teleconference support. The Customer Support Desk is open 0730-1130 and 1230-1630 Monday through Friday excluding holidays and can be reached by dialing one number 755-6000.
The Operations Service Branch (OSB) supports the infrastructure and hyperconverged solution providing network connectivity, applications, servers, and storage. OSB provides network, telecommunication, application, server, storage, voice, backup services, mobile device, records management and mail support.
