The Clean Water Act, governed by the Environmental Protection Agency, establishes the basic structure for regulating discharges of pollutants into the water and regulating quality standards for surface waters. FED regulates the SWPPP in accordance with the Korean Environmental Governing Standards, which states that USFK installations should keep quality discharge stormwater.
