U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Far East District Soldiers received care packages Aug. 4, 2015 from the Oklahoma Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. Blue Star Mothers of America have over 6,000 members from over 200 Chapters throughout the nation. They are mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, foster mothers and female legal guardians who have children serving in the military, guard or reserves, or children who are veterans.
