SEOUL, Republic of Korea - Carlos Gonzalez from the Engineer Research and Development Center Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory and Mary Adolf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transportation System Center in Omaha, Neb., recently traveled to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Far East District in Seoul, Republic of Korea, to conduct training workshops on the use of the Pavement-Transportation Computer Assisted Structural Engineering pavement design and evaluation software package.
