Army Family Housing Tower Ribboncutting Ceremony
A dozen military and civilian officials including U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys commander Col. Darin Conkright, garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Kristine Purnell, Far East District Korea Program Relocation Office's Patrick Beard, and Daelim construction company vice president Choi, Shin-hyun cut the ribbon for the Army family housing towers at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys May 2. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Far East District oversaw construction of this project and about 10.7 billion dollars worth of construction.
