USACE FED Completes Construction Phase of $280 Million Barracks Project

At Camp Humphreys, South Korea U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Far East District (USACE FED) officially turned over a $130 million Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing barracks project to U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, July [DATE], 2026. According to Nathan Han, resident engineer, USACE FED, district personnel and contractors logged more than two-million-man hours to construct the three new towers.
